Live outside the box!
While we don’t have traditional residence halls, there are a lot of housing options within walking distance of our campus.
We always recommend that Kendall students first consider the 5 Lyon building. It’s secure, just a block away, and available only to Kendall and Ferris students. Exposed brick walls, funky contemporary furnishings, and great skyline views are just a few of the highlights.
Kendall students also find great housing options in the historic neighborhoods that surround our campus. Heritage Hill, one of the largest urban historic districts in the country, is full of fabulously restored homes and multiple—unit rentals that are popular with Kendall students.
