KCAD offers 13 BFA programs and one BS program as well as two Graduate programs and an Advanced Studies Certificate in Design and Innovation Management, as part of Ferris State University's MBA Program.
KCAD students have access to The Lofts @ 5 Lyon, furnished apartments located just one block north of the campus - you can't live closer to the campus. We recommend that all International students take advantage of this housing opportunity. Apartments rent from $525-$770 per person, per month.
