National Portfolio Days
Every year, art colleges across the US and Canada host a series of educational events for young artists. These events—known as National Portfolio Days—connect students with experienced college representatives who review artwork, offer critiques, discuss college plans, and share information about their schools.
You’ll see a variety of artwork created by young artists with varying skills and experiences. You’ll hear many different opinions about your work. And you’ll have the opportunity to tell college representatives how you developed your ideas and where you want to go with them. These gatherings aren’t competitions. The representatives genuinely look forward to reviewing your work and providing you with helpful information for this next important step in your education.
