Need a copy of your transcripts?
Please download and fill out the Transcript Request Form (pdf, 57kb) and complete all the information. The student requesting the transcript must sign and date the request form. Incomplete forms will be returned.
Payment of $5.00 must accompany this request. Requests will be honored only if all other financial obligations have been met. Transcripts from other institutions cannot be forwarded by Kendall College of Art & Design of Ferris State University. FERPA (Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act) prohibits third party access to transcript information without the student’s written consent. Official transcripts bear the signature of the Registrar and the College seal.Transcripts cannot be faxed by Kendall College of Art & Design of Ferris State University.
Please allow at least two (2) weeks for processing, as well as time for mailed transcripts to reach destination.
