Software Ordering
You can now order all your software right here on the Kendall website. You also have two payment options: you may still bill your student account by filling out the new online Student Software Order form, or you may purchase your software with a credit card. Both Credit Card and Student Account orders will be shipped to the address you enter. Software will no longer be picked up in the building. If this is a problem exceptions can be worked out on a case by case basis.
We hope these new services and payment options will help you get the supplies you need quickly and efficiently. If you have any issues please call Tech Support at (616) 451-2787 x1129, email at KCADITHelpdesk@ferris.edu, or just come and visit us on the 4th floor.
Click on one of the following payment options to be directed to the appropriate software ordering location.
Antivirus
All Windows users (including Macs that have Windows XP) are required to have antivirus software on their computers. Mac OSX users are encouraged to use antivirus software as well as a precaution. Kendall provides antivirus protection (Symantec AntiVirus Corporate Edition) to our students free of charge.

Wireless
Kendall has implemented a secure wireless network throughout the college. Find KCADWeb under your airport connections or in your wireless connections list. Connect to it and start up your favorite browser. When you load your browser a Kendall Login page will invite you to login to the Wireless. Use your valid MyFSU login to access the wireless network.
If you forget your password click on the password help link below the login, this should allow you to change your password. If you continue to have problems contact the helpdesk at kcadithelpdesk@ferris.edu or dial extension 1129 from anywhere in the building.
Please try to use KCADWeb, however, the old wireless system KCADNet can still be accessed for now using the following directions.
Printing
Kendall has printers available for student use, but only for class projects. Kendall has a Graphics Quality Color Printer located in room 411. The Xerox Docucolor 252 (Leonardo) can handle heavier stock than the old printer (Iris), but for special paper, please ask the work study student on duty in room 411 for assistance. There is also a color printer located in room 711. The special ink jet color printers on the 4th floor are for designated classes only.
