The Kendall Continuing Studies office invites you to Delphi, Greece to an annex of the Athens School of Fine Arts for painting with one of its professors, and for sightseeing tours among the ancient ruins. Delphi is one of the most important relics of Greece, credited with enormous contributions to ancient civilization, particularly in fine art and architecture.
You will practice landscape painting from studies of the Delphi countryside with guidance from Triantafyllos Patraskidisat, instructor at the School of Fine Arts. Your afternoons and evenings will be free for painting on your own or exploring nearby Delphi. Day trips are included, one to the Delphi Museum and the Archaeological site of Delphi, and the other to Athens to visit the Acropolis Museum and the Parthenon.
Greek Fine Art Painting Tour includes double occupancy room in a dormitory, studio use, transportation to and from Athens airport, instruction, tour guide, entry fees for museums, KCAD student travel insurance, transportation on both day trips. Meals, art supplies, and airfare are not included.
