High School Day

Come visit the Pulso: Arte de Las Americas/Art of the Americas exhibit at the galleries of KCAD and Urban Institute for Contemporary Arts (UICA). After the gallery visit, take an exclusive tour of Alynn Guerra's studio!

Originally from Mexico City, Guerra now resides in Grand Rapids where she works as a full-time printmaker. In 2006, she founded Red Hydrant Press, a local printmaking studio.

Take a tour of Red Hydrant Press and get a glimpse of life as an artist. Guerra will demonstrate printmaking in action and will show the various tools and equipment used to create a print.
