Forty-three low-cost, real working studio spaces located on the third floor of Kendall’s downtown campus come with access to electricity; utility sinks; wet media work area with hotplate and large worktables; large critique space and kitchenette with seating, coffee, microwave and fridge. Versatile spaces can be arranged to suit the needs of Drawing, Illustration, Painting and Printmaking grads and undergrads. 24-hour, secure keycard access only.
Undergraduates must have a minimum of 56 credits to be eligible for a low-cost studio space. Lease is $327 per semester for undergraduate students and free for graduate students, with a $100 refundable deposit and an $10 non-refundable keycard charge. Storage lockers are also available.
In addition, Kendall offers 13 off-campus graduate studio spaces.
