The MBA Certificate in Design and Innovation Management Program is a series of four graduate-level business courses addressing specific areas of design/business integration. The introductory course, KDES 650, is the prerequisite to the other courses, which should be taken in sequence.

KDES 751 Leadership By Design

Leadership by Design is developed by exploring elements common to leaders and organizations in which innovation success is achieved through structuring the interrelationships between design processes, design communications, consumer-centric design thinking, and organization systems and using research, analysis, synthesis, and implementation to foster a creative culture throughout the organization.
