Four Ways to Register

  1. By mail (download PDF of registration form), complete and mail the form to:

  2. By phone—Call 616.451.2787, ext. 2012 or 800.676.2787, ext. 2012. Leave a message.Your call will be returned promptly.
  3. By Fax (download PDF of registration form), complete and fax to 616.831.9689
  4. In person—Stop by the Student Services desk, 1st floor at Kendall, between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday, and on Saturdays during Youth class sessions.

Early Registration—Summer: Adult and Youth Classes April 14
Summer Session I: Adult Classes May 2
Summer Session I: Youth Classes June 9
Summer Session II: Adult Classes June 30
Summer Session II: Youth Classes July 7

Note: Registration is not complete unless accompanied by payment. Preferred method of payment is by Visa, MasterCard, or Discover debit or credit cards. Checks should be made payable to Kendall Continuing Studies of Ferris State University. In the event of a refund due to you, payments made by check or cash are refunded by check from Ferris State University, and may take up to four weeks to process. Additional paperwork will also need to be completed by you.
