Make art to accompany stories and poems that you read, and some that you write yourself! You will make character blocks, paper people, self-portraits, and much more using paper, markers, colored pencils, and found objects. -
Cartoon Animal Crackers
You will learn some of the basics of drawing before jumping into the world of cartoon animals with both feet. You will draw hippos, crocodiles, fish, zebras, toucans, monkeys, and parrots. This Halloween, learn to draw all things scary, including black cats, and things that creep and crawl! Booo! -
The 3Ps: Pens, Pencils, Paper
Draw objects, animals, and people with expression and accuracy, working with shape, texture, and pattern. Develop your skills with both pen and pencil.

You will be invited to step outside the box and create art using all your senses. Methods include drawing, painting, and sculpting with eyes closed, painting to music, painting with natural materials, action painting, bubble painting, creating a snow globe, and much more! -
Painting to Music
Can you create sad, happy, scary, or peaceful paintings? Learn what colors to use to paint abstract masterpieces while listening to classical music and learning about sounds and composers.
